Objectives:

 

· Increase the number of community educational opportunities by 10%, to foster the community’s awareness of violence concerns.

 

· Increase Logan County Orders of Protection by 5%

 

· Increase Task Force community involvement by 10%

 

This past year, the Domestic Abuse and Violence Task Force has educated the community through the following activities:

· Courthouse vigil against domestic abuse

· "Hands Are Not for Hitting" campaign for children

· Poster campaigns with toll-free help line

· Emory boards with toll-free help line

· Bullying in-service for teachers in District #27
